VET Scholar Resources ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can access or correct it.

What we collect

• Contact details you provide through our forms: name, work email, phone, organisation, RTO ID, role and state.
• Account and purchase information when you licence resources, including billing details processed by our payment provider.
• Usage data such as pages visited and downloads, collected through cookies and analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to sample, pricing and support requests.
• To deliver licensed resources, updates and transition notices.
• To send product news where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our website and resources.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (email delivery, payments, hosting and analytics), under contractual confidentiality obligations, or where required by law. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@vetscholar.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
