Units are licensed once per RTO, for unlimited learners, for as long as the unit stays current. There are no per-student fees or renewals.

Licence terms in brief
- Licence is granted to one RTO (one legal entity, one registration number).
- Unlimited learners, campuses and delivery modes, including your LMS.
- You may edit, brand and contextualise. You may not resell, share or sub-license.
- VET Scholar retains copyright and intellectual property in all materials.
- Digital goods are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Duplicate purchases are credited.
Pricing questions
Why don't you publish prices on the website?
Prices depend on how many units you need and how much overlap exists between the qualifications on your scope. We send a full price list with every sample request so you can see unit and bundle pricing in writing before you talk to anyone.
What does the licence cover?
One legal entity holding one RTO registration, for unlimited students, across all campuses and delivery modes. Partner RTOs and third-party providers delivering on your behalf need their own licence unless named in your agreement.
Do we pay again when a unit is updated?
No. Updates to a licensed unit are free. When a qualification is superseded and a unit is replaced by a new code, we offer the new unit at a transition rate for existing licensees.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. We invoice Australian RTOs on 14-day terms and accept card, EFT and purchase orders. GST is included in all quoted prices.
